Our services which is as follows:

1. If you are a victim of identity theft where another person has misused your personal identifying information in order to commit a fraud, and you have complied with your obligations of this service agreement, you are entitled to all services offered by IDAVENGER in order to resolve the issues regarding the identity theft.

2. These services include all reasonable efforts and attempts by the IDAVENGER staff to resolve the issues with your credit regarding the identity theft.

3. If legal counsel is required to intervene on behalf of you, IDAVENGER reserves the right to select such counsel. YOU will not be responsible for any of these legal fees and costs related to the identity theft. There is no deductible for such legal services and this is included as part of the restoration program.

4. You agree to notify IDAVENGER immediately upon learning of any such identity theft or suspicion and to fully cooperate with the restoration efforts in order to qualify for the services.

5. If we find that you have misrepresented any information regarding the identity theft or are in any way involved in the id theft, you agree to immediately reimburse IDAVENGER for all monies and costs expended on your behalf.

6. No other guarantees are made other than all reasonable efforts will be made to restore your credit if you are a victim of identity theft and you have complied with this agreement.
